Passarella is commited to sustainable production. Everything is made to order and made in England. We aim to get all UK mainland orders to you within 7 days, usually sooner. For shipping to Europe & International please expect 7-10 working days.

If you do wish to return an item and receive a refund, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. 

Please be fully aware that we cannot refund for pieces that are damaged or worn.

The cost of all returns must be covered by yourself. We strongly suggest that you choose any insurance and/or proof of delivery options that may be available to you. Until we receive the pieces at our registered address they are considered your responsibility. We cannot offer any refunds or credit for pieces we do not receive back.
